  • The first thing that I added back was diet sodas. I soon after started to break out in hives. I told the doctor this and she agreed that I was allergic to artificial sweeteners.

    I started reading labels and found that low if it does not state that sweet is "diet" or reduced sugar it can still contain artificial sweeteners. Even Chapstick contains artifical sweeteners.
